The ADTA team, with additional resource persons, has produced a Training Module on Local Government Budget Rules 2003. The training module covers all aspects of the budget, including the budget call letter, estimation of receipts and expenditures, re-appropriation and supplementary grants, and budget presentation to the council. The module comprises a trainer's manual and trainees' handbook. It will be used in the budget training to be carried out under the Decentralization Support Programme. This training is for local government officers at district and tehsil level dealing with budgets, and will be carried out in all four provinces from July 2004
